Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to move or adjust your appointment , I ask that give give at least 48 hours notice. Less than 48 hours notice will result in $50 rebooking fee, this is not credited toward service. Less than 24 hours notice is considered a cancellation, in which your deposit is forfeited, 50% of scheduled service is charged to the card on file. I do understand that emergencies happen so I do allow for (1) grace appointment per client per year for late cancellations and no shows.
